The Sacred Pillars

Truthful Craft, Charitable Spirit, and Moral Conduct form the triad by which decisions are weighed and alliances forged.

I

Truthful Craft

Honesty and clarity in every dealing. Let workmanship speak plainly of its maker's skill.

II

Charitable Spirit

Mentor apprentices and imbue communities with art that consoles and inspires hearts.

III

Moral Conduct

Decline labours that corrupt or demean. Let conscience be the architect of every undertaking.

Circle of Stewardship

Seven pillars of the Guild, united in purpose and bound by sacred oath.

Guild Master

Sets the vision, arbitrates disputes, grants the seal.

Right Hand

Ensures continuity, counsels artisans, stands watch.

Commissions Accountant

Records agreements, keeps expectations pure.

Guild Treasurer

Guards coffers, tracks distributions with precision.

Guild Members

Commission Lifecycle

Every contract is a ritual of trust. From initial petition to archival sealing, commissions follow a transparent, ethical cadence.

01

The Forging of Agreements

Patrons submit requests, artists claim proposals, and profit divisions are set before the Accountant seals the pact.

02

Revisions & Alterations

Changes require assent from all parties. Contracts are rewritten, reaffirmed, and only then does work continue.

03

The Burning of a Contract

Should dishonour arise, the Guild may ceremonially nullify the agreement, recording cause within the archive.

Twin Reserve Funds

Governance & Business Model

Sole proprietorship with a collective heart. The Guild Master carries legal accountability while artisans share profit, responsibility, and creative direction under internal accords.

01

Authority & Structure

One legal signatory (the Master) keeps filings and taxes fast; internal accords define how duties and profits are shared.

  • Single point for declarations and risk acceptance.
  • Board consulted on milestones and major decisions.
  • Duties and shares documented per commission.
02

Money Flow

Revenue splits are agreed before work; the Treasurer and Accountant keep the ledger clean and payouts timely.

  • Splits locked in writing prior to kickoff.
  • Treasurer tracks distributions; Accountant records approvals.
  • Bonus pathway for exemplary delivery.
03

Creative Protection

Leads handle patrons, scope, and disputes so artisans focus on the craft.

  • Right Hand blocks scope creep and guards cadence.
  • Accountant enforces change control and sign-offs.
  • Master mediates; Board arbitrates stalemates.

Archive of Deeds

Every completed work joins the illuminated record. Commissions are chronicled with sketches, ledgers, and testimonies so future artisans may learn from precedent.

  • Sealed scrolls for each commission
  • Reference cases for ethical rulings
  • Living library for apprentices
